Working With Most Musicians Is Hard

Not since somewhere in the early 70s have I been able to hook up with musicians that I can comfortably work with. I may have changed some since then, but who hasn't? Point is that most musicians I try to collaborate with these days have very specific wants, needs, goals, ideas... we'll lump that (for lack of a better explanation) into what might be commonly know as agenda. Unfortunately, by the time you figure out that their agenda has been misrepresented in want-ads, profiles, conversations or some other mechanism of intent conveyance, you've wasted a whole lot of time and gotten aggravated with yourself for being misled again...
